Compass Finance advises auction website Catawiki

The team of Compass Finance has worked out the growth strategy of auction website Catawiki in various financial scenarios for the board of directors. Based on these scenarios the financing need for the future has been set out, so it was clear to the board of directors how much capital was needed per scenario in a second financing round. Partly on the basis of these scenarios, the shareholders of Catawiki have decided to accelerate the internationalisation and to attract new investors.

Catawiki has announced a capital injection of € 10 million received from four investors.
