Compass Finance advises Naviva in realising the acquisition of Yunio
Naviva Kraamzorg (“Naviva”) has taken over Kraamzorg Yunio (“Yunio”) from home care organisation Sensire. Compass Finance has assisted Naviva during the whole acquisition process.
Naviva is a specialised maternity care organisation. Naviva was founded in 2007 out of the maternity care departments of Carinova, Vérian, Zorggroep Oude en Nieuwe Land and Kraamzorg Twente. With over 600 employees and more than 10,000 nursings to young families per year Naviva is one of the largest maternity care organisations in The Netherlands.
Yunio is one of the larger maternity care companies with almost 400 employees. With approximately 6,500 nursings Yunio has a strong position in the middle and eastern region of The Netherlands.
Together Naviva and Yunio form a large regional company, which can play a more important role in the maternity care sector due to its larger size. Emphatically the focus of Naviva is on investing in the quality of the care and innovation in the maternity care sector, with maintaining good quality maternity care for the client as its main goal.
