MULTI Engineering Group acquires Project Profession

Compass Finance has assisted the shareholders of Project Profession during the sale to MULTI Engineering Group.

With the acquisition MULTI has strengthened its market position in The Netherlands and more specifically in the Amsterdam region. The acquisition reinforces the strategic partnership that the two companies envision. As part of MULTI Project Profession can now offer full-service solutions to its customers.

International network
Project Profession, founded in 2002, acts as an intermediary in technical positions at intermediate vocational education level, higher vocational education level, and university level. MULTI Engineering was founded in 1996 and provides tailor made engineering solutions to customers in the sectors Industry, Construction & Infrastructure and Maritime & Offshore. After the acquisition, the organisation has more than 350 technical experts and six locations in three countries: Belgium, the Netherlands and Slovakia. The Amsterdam office will still operate under the name Project Profession. The former owners will continue to work as a director, to maintain expertise and continuity.
