Compass Finance assisted orthodontist Van Monsjou with the sale of the shares of 6 orthodontic practices in Purmerend, Enkhuizen, Gouda, Heemskerk, Hilversum and Hoorn.
TopOrtho is part of TopMondzorg, a participation of Nordic Capital. With almost 100 leading dental practices in the Netherlands under the name Dental Clinics and 8 orthodontic practices under the name TopOrtho, TopMondzorg is a leading company in oral care in the Netherlands.
In the course of the coming year, the orthodontic practices will be integrated under the name TopOrtho. With this integration, quality of care for patients is paramount. The collaboration fits in with TopMondzorg’s ambition to be the qualitatively leading organisation in the field of oral care in the Netherlands. The 6 practices are a good geographical supplement to the current 8 TopOrtho practices. By joining forces and sharing knowledge and skills, the TopOrtho organisation can develop further.
As clinical director, orthodontist Van Monsjou will give further substance to TopOrtho’s quality policy.
