Management buy-out of Aquatec Industries
The Compass Finance team has advised the General Director of Aquatec Industries on the management buy-out of the company.
Aquatec is the producer of the well known Dutch tender boat brands Antaris, Maril and Makma. The company was a group company of Marée Invest B.V.
Klaas has been working as General Director of Aquatec for years. With the help of some private investors, Klaas Schiphof can further strengthen the position as market leader in the Netherlands and increase the visibility abroad.
For customers, dealers and employees, nothing changes. The company sees the demand for tender boats increase and is optimistic about the future. Now that it can continue on its own, it is ideally positioned to make use of the opportunities in the increasing market.
